Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• All customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
